Privacy
This is short because the site does very little. It does not set cookies, it does not carry advertising or tracking pixels, and it does not embed a third-party form.

Who we are

What we collect
Only what you type into a form and send us. On the contact page that is your name, your organisation, your email address, and optionally a phone number, your location, your spindle count, which products interest you, and whatever message you write.
We do not ask for anything we do not need in order to reply to you.
Asking for the brochure collects the same kind of thing: your name, your mill, your email address and optionally a phone number. We use it to send the brochure and to reply if you write back. It is not a newsletter signup, there is no follow-up sequence, and the link we send expires after a week.
What we do with it
We reply to you. That is the whole purpose. We do not add you to a newsletter, we do not sell or rent contact details to anyone, and we do not pass them to a third party for marketing.
Submissions are delivered to systems AIMMASS controls. There is deliberately no third-party form service in the path, because mill enquiries and investor enquiries are commercially sensitive.
Cookies
This site sets none. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
If we add analytics in future it will be a cookieless, privacy-preserving service that does not identify individual visitors — and this page will say so before it is switched on.
Fonts and third parties
The typefaces used here are served from our own domain, not requested from a font provider while you read. Your browser does not contact a third party to render this page.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation they belong to is useful, and then deleted. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will, and we will confirm when it is done.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sivaprakash@aimmass.com and we will respond.
Changes to this page
If what the site does changes, this page changes at the same time rather than afterwards. The review date at the top tells you when it was last checked against reality.
