Where things actually stand.
Patent and certification status get overstated across this industry routinely. This page says exactly what is true today, and it is the only place on the site where either is stated.
Patent

What the application covers is not summarised here. We are happy to go through scope under an agreement.
We do not describe it as granted, because it is not. An application under examination is a real asset and a real filing date; it is not a grant, and anyone telling you otherwise about their own filings is worth a second question.
Certification

We do not list marks we do not hold. When a certification is granted it will appear here, named, dated, and with the issuing body — and not before.
If your procurement process needs a specific approval on a specific timeline, ask us directly and you will get a straight answer about where that particular one stands.
Why this page exists
A claim you can disprove is worse than no claim.
A mill that buys on an overstated patent finds out eventually, and what it remembers is not the specification. It is that you were willing to say it.
So every figure on this website is traced to a source, has a named owner and a date by which it must be re-verified. Some flattering numbers are not published because we cannot yet stand behind them.
